A couple of weeks ago I showed you a peek of the kid's table I was working on...it's finally painted and ready to go and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
As I was building it, it screamed little girl because of the turned legs....so I decided to paint it white.
In fact, I painted it gloss white so it would be easy to clean up.
You can't see it in the picture, but the top looks like a farm table top since I pieced the boards together with pocket screws from the underside.
I like the chairs. They are sturdy...I've tried them out....
....and I like how the front legs of the chairs match the table. If I were to make this for a little boy, then I would make it with straight legs on the table and chairs. I will be taking this to the fair this weekend and hopefully it will find a new home. What color would you have painted it? Thanks for stopping by.Linking to:
