Candle holders...

Hi Everyone!  Happy Wednesday.  I thought I'd share with you some of the candle holders I make.  They are simple and easy.  I make them to hold 3, 5, and 7 candles and in almost any color.  I don't have any step by step pictures to share, but it's so easy I don't think you'll need them.  I got the idea because my mom had gotten two wooden candle holders with turned wooden holders to go on top of the pony walls that separate her dining room from her living room.  They look really nice but they were kind of expensive.  And of course I had to see if I could come up with an inexpensive alternative.  And this is what I made.
Basically it's a 1x4" board with canning jar lids attached with construction glue.  I use construction glue because I want a permanent hold, but I'm sure you could use Gorilla Glue, I just used what I had on hand.  Just don't use a glue gun on it because it will not keep the hold.

The lids have been painted and then speckled with black paint.  I painted the boards a solid color but you could speckle those as well.  I have sold a lot of these and the most popular color was black.
Just make sure that you clamp the lid down to the board until it dries.  I like to let them sit over night before releasing the clamp. And if you don't have a clamp you could just weigh it down with something really heavy, just make sure it doesn't make the lid move on you.  I leave the board plain because I like that simple look but you could always router the edge.  I have tried both ways but like the plain edge better because it doesn't compete with the ridges on the lid. Well, thanks for stopping by.

  6. “I could not have closed on my first home without Mr, Benjamin Lee ! Benjamin and his team went above and beyond for me on this transaction. He handled my very tight turn around time with ease and was always available for me when I had questions (and I had plenty), even when he was away from the office, which I greatly appreciated! He and his team handled many last-minute scrambles with the seller and worked tirelessly to make sure that I could close before my lease (and my down payment assistance, for that matter) expired. Mr Benjamin is incredibly knowledgeable Loan Officer, courteous, and patient. I went through a couple offers on properties before my final purchase and Benjamin was there to help with each one, often coordinating with my agent behind the scenes. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to Benjamin and the tireless efforts of his team, I am now a proud home owner! I would encourage you to consider Benjamin Briel Lee for any kind of loan.Mr, Benjamin Lee Contact informaions.via WhatsApp +1-989-394-3740  Email- 247officedept@gmail.com.
